Father was a rural farmer in Odisha, father expired & currently having old rural agriculture land,so became NRI , Son frequently visit Odisha, my question is that can son buy agriculture land or not ??
In Odisha, son of a Farmer father can buy agriculture land? The son became NRI.

ST land registration keliye ST to ST 5 acer land pe 2 acer land hona chahiye. Kiya ruls chenge nehi ho sakta. ST ke sath etna onyaa hen.
